1. Subscription Plans, Trials & Billing
Walletmix BizERP offers Starter, Growth, and Enterprise subscription plans billed either monthly or annually (with a 20% annual pre-payment discount), plus 5% statutory VAT on IT-Enabled Services in Bangladesh. New organizations may evaluate the platform under a 14-day free trial. Paid plan entitlements activate only upon verified payment confirmation.
2. Plan Quotas & Acceptable Use
Each plan tier enforces server-side operational quotas on active branches, monthly sales invoices, and user seats. Customers may not attempt to bypass tenant isolation boundaries, submit forged payment webhooks, or access another organization's workspace.
3. Accounting & Tax Responsibility
While Walletmix BizERP provides double-entry validation, Mushak 6.3 invoice formatting, and VDS calculation tools, each subscribing organization remains responsible for verifying its statutory tax filings and financial statements with its qualified accountants and regulatory authorities.
